VIVARIA group members offered to open up their minecraft server to nearly 50 vtubers for Wave 1 of VIVARIASMP (on April 12th 2025) in hopes to make it more lively, and to host events & inspire community. Wave 2, which landed on May 1st 2025, brought the total numbers up to 82; making VIVARIASMP one of the largest indie run vtuber minecraft servers to date.

VIVARIA as a group aligns with many agency values and achieves what most agencies do, however our talents are independent and self-managed. VIVARIA offers the comradery and creative space that fosters growth. VIVARIA strives to be viewed as equal with other agencies and groups alike within the industry.
// Can I Apply or audition?
At this moment, VIVARIA Virtual is not looking to onboard any new talents. Please continue to support the current talents, and keep an eye for new talent auditions on our website and social medias in the future.
// will there be a gen 2?
VIVARIA has stated that, as a group, we want to wait at least one year before onboarding anyone new. We hope you follow us on our journey as a small group for the first 12 months, and cheer on whoever is welcomed into VIVARIA in the future!
// What are the current goals of vivaria?
VIVARIA hopes to provide its talents with the freedom of being indie, while offering the marketing opportunity and social experience of being in an agency, as well as potential to attend industry events and offer talents further opportunities.

We are eternally grateful for community support, and user-created art inspired by our content. We have created the following guidelines to ensure that our community remains a safe and enjoyable place for everyone, and we appreciate your understanding.
These guidelines are subject to change without notice. Please refer back to this page for all updated terms.
Scope of permissions for fanworks
Currently, fan created content is permitted with the understanding that the creators will follow these specific guidelines:
VIVARIA Virtual permits the creation, sales, and distribution of User-Created Content including, but not limited to, illustrations & other artist alley merchandise, fan magazines / zines, manga, cosplay costumes.
Other items are permitted pending contact of VIVARIA Virtual prior to creation.
User-created content is permitted in fan settings such as: artist alleys, pop-up events, concerts, & other similar sized events.
Fan works are permitted to be sold online provided that credit to VIVARIA Virtual is apparent.
restrictions for fanworks
Fan works & User-created content of, and including, VIVARIA Virtual talents are not permitted to include / be included in the following:
- User-Created Content which promotes a specific creed, religion, or political party or action.
- Content which may lead to discrimination based on race, creed, religion, gender, social status, etc.
- Any reproduction or distribution of VIVARIA Virtual Content without permission, however content that is modified (such as clips & highlights) is permissible.

We are so happy you wish to include us in the things you are doing! However, we want to be able to support you. Please tag us, send it to us over twitter, shoot us an email. We want to be able to support your projects and advertise them for you if our talents are included!
And if you see one of us in the wild, we request that the talent that is represented in your fanworks is able to take one home for free.
